On August 22, 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, sent a congratulatory letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araqchi, on the occasion of his appointment to the post, which reads:

“Mr. Abbas Araqchi,

 

 

 

I express my sincere congratulations on the occasion of your appointment as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

I am confident that by joint efforts the interstate cooperation of our countries will continue to expand in various directions and will be enriched with new content.

In this regard, I wish you success in fulfilling your responsible duties.
